Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final 

Due to the nature of our products (coffee beans, bags and grounds), we do not accept returns or exchanges to ensure freshness, quality, and safety.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We may request a photo of the product and packaging for verification purposes.

Once approved, we will offer

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process the refund internally.
     

  • Canadian Customers: Expect the refund to appear in your account within 5–7 business days after processing, depending on your bank.
     

  • U.S. Customers: Refunds may take 7–10 business days after processing, depending on your card issuer or financial institution.
     

Please note that weekends and holidays may affect refund timelines.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
